What information do we process?

When you contact us, we may process your displayed name, phone number or email address, the content of your messages and the time they were sent. If you share them as part of a concert, event or collaboration enquiry, we also use proposal details such as dates, venues, cities and contact information. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.

Why and how do we use information?

We obtain information directly from you through WhatsApp or email. We use it to answer questions, assess concert and collaboration enquiries, follow up on discussions and, where necessary, ensure communication security. For contract discussions, we may rely on Article 5(2)(c) of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK); for general communication and security, Article 5(2)(f); and where establishing, exercising or protecting a right is necessary, Article 5(2)(e).

Web contact form and FormSubmit

The web form collects your full name, email address, enquiry type, message and the acknowledgement you provide in the form. Concert dates, venues, cities or proposal details you include in your message may also be processed to respond to your enquiry and manage discussions.

When you submit the form, this information is sent to FormSubmit, which forwards your enquiry to TNK's email address. Our email service is provided through Google Workspace. Your information may be processed outside Türkiye through the infrastructure of FormSubmit and the email service provider. You can review their practices in the FormSubmit privacy notice and Google Privacy Policy.

You do not have to use the form; you can also contact us by email or WhatsApp. These alternatives also use the infrastructure of the relevant communication service.

YouTube thumbnails and video player

Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube's i.ytimg.com domain. When images load, your browser connects to that service; Google/YouTube may process your IP address and technical information about your browser.

When you click a video, YouTube's player opens in privacy-enhanced mode through youtube-nocookie.com. During video use, Google/YouTube may process data and use browser storage technologies under its own policy. These services may use infrastructure outside Türkiye. Artificial intelligence and service providers

WhatsApp conversations pass through Meta's WhatsApp infrastructure. Message content may be sent to the OpenAI API to prepare draft replies or answer appropriate questions. The TNK team makes final decisions on pricing, availability and contracts. These providers may use data processing infrastructure outside Türkiye.

Communication records are kept in TNK's access-controlled message centre. Records are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and potential claims; records that are no longer needed are deleted. For OpenAI's own API security logging practices, see OpenAI data controls.

Your rights

You can send requests for information, correction, deletion and other rights under Article 11 of the KVKK to info@tnkband.com. We may need to verify your identity to assess your request. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on our data deletion page.
